SESSION BREAKDOWN
1. Warm-Up (10 min)
• Dynamic stretches & agility drills
• Wall ball routine for hand-eye coordination
• Shooting form review
2. Shooting Fundamentals & Stick Protection (15 min)
• Proper grip, stance, and follow-through
• Shielding the stick from defenders
• Quick release mechanics
3. Shooting on the Run (10 min)
• Left and right-handed shooting on the move
• Footwork & body positioning
• Accuracy drills with increasing speed
4. Shooting Out of a Dodge (10 min)
• Dodging techniques (split, roll, question mark)
• Quick release off the dodge
• Shooting under pressure
5. Stationary Shooting (Step-Downs) (10 min)
• Power shooting mechanics
• Catch-and-shoot timing
• Shooting with both hands from various angles
6. Game-Scenario Shooting & Cool Down (5 min)
• Live shooting drills simulating game conditions
• Stretching & review of key takeaways
